What we collect
When you fill in a form on thetripstory.in, we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, email address and trip preferences such as destination, dates, group size, budget and any message. We also record the page you submitted the form from and, where available, how you reached our website (for example the campaign link or site that referred you).
How we use it
We use your details to respond to your enquiry, prepare itineraries and quotes, make bookings you ask for, and follow up about your trip by phone, WhatsApp or email. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we will send you trip ideas and offers; you can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with hotels, transport providers and other partners as needed to deliver a trip you have booked, and with service providers who help us run our website and communications.
Browser storage
To understand which campaigns and sites bring visitors to us, we store a small record of how you arrived (for example the campaign tag in the link you clicked) in your browser for up to 30 days. It contains no personal details and you can clear it from your browser settings at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by getting in touch through our contact page.
