Overview

Udaipur's palaces and lakes over a long weekend: Saheliyon Ki Bari, sunset at Fateh Sagar, the City Palace above Lake Pichola, Jagdish Temple, the Karni Mata ropeway and Gangaur Ghat, plus a folk show at Bagore Ki Haveli. Day-by-day itinerary

  1. 1Day 1Overnight journey from Delhi to Udaipur

    Meet your trip captain and co-travellers at the boarding point (IFFCO Chowk Metro, Gurugram, or as informed) and set off overnight by AC bus or Tempo Traveller.

  2. 2Day 2Udaipur: gardens, lakes and Fateh Sagar evening

    Arrive in the City of Lakes, check in and rest. Visit Saheliyon Ki Bari, Fateh Sagar Lake, the Under the Sun aquarium and the Maharana Pratap Memorial, then spend the evening at the Fateh Sagar waterfront with sunset and street food. Dinner at the hotel.

  3. 3Day 3City Palace, Lake Pichola and Bagore Ki Haveli

    After breakfast, see Lake Pichola, the City Palace, Jagdish Temple, the Karni Mata ropeway and Gangaur Ghat. In the evening, choose the folk dance show at Bagore Ki Haveli (7–8 PM) or the lakeside cafes and flea market. Dinner and overnight stay.

  4. 4Day 4Kumbhalgarh Fort and the drive home

    Check out after breakfast and drive to Kumbhalgarh, a UNESCO World Heritage fort whose 38 km wall is one of the longest in the world. Leave in the evening for the overnight journey to Delhi.

  5. 5Day 5Arrive Delhi

    Reach Delhi in the morning. Trip ends.
